Dental Hygienist (Full-Time & Part-Time) Parma, Ohio | Private Practice | Opening September 1st We outgrew our current office! After years of building a patient-centered, team-first practice, we ran out of operatory space and decided to do something about it. On September 1st we are opening a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Parma with two additional hygiene operatories. Now we need the right people to fill them! This is not a corporate chair. You will have one-hour appointments by default, full clinical autonomy to adjust time based on what your patient actually needs, and a team that shows up for each other. We take patient care seriously and we also genuinely enjoy coming to work. Both things are true here! The Schedule We are open to one full-time and one part-time hygienist, or three part-time schedules if that works better. Our office hours are Monday 8am-6pm, Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-4pm, Thursday 8am-3pm and Friday 8am-2pm. If you are the right fit for this team, we will figure out the schedule together! What We Are Looking For Active Ohio dental hygiene license (new grads welcome to apply) Current CPR/BLS certification Someone who actually cares about their patients, not just their schedule A person who works well with others and pulls their weight on a team Reliable, professional, and capable of laughing at themselves occasionally Compensation & Benefits Pay starts at $40/hr and is negotiable based on experience and what you bring to the table Health insurance covered 100% by the practice for full-time employees 35 hours PTO after 6 months, 70 hours PTO after 2 years Paid holidays: Christmas, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th 401k with employer match (available to qualifying part-time employees) One-hour hygiene appointments with full clinical autonomy to adjust based on patient need Apply Send your resume and a quick note about yourself.
