Immediate opening for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a thriving group practice in Sylvania, OH.

We are a fairly large family dental practice delivering a wide variety of dental services to our communities of Northwest Ohio from several locations.

Compensation:

ABOUT THE POSITION

Prospering family dental group practice is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for immediate employment in our office in Sylvania, OH. As an RDH in our office, you will be expected to service patients in 1 hour appointments and 1 1/2 hours for new patients. Our patient population ranges from about 2 years to 82 years old. Your responsibilities will include:

Clinical Excellence:

Perform precise prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance.

Patient Comfort:

Foster a stress-free environment, particularly for patients with dental anxiety, using a compassionate bedside manner.

Diagnostics & Tech:

Capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans (e.g., iTero) to assist in treatment planning.

Periodontal Therapy:

Conduct detailed periodontal charting and screenings, including early detection for oral cancer and systemic health indicators.

Health Education:

Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instruction (OHI) and nutritional counseling.

Integrated Care:

Partner closely with dentists to co-diagnose and present treatment plans
