Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental team for three days each week. We are a small private dental practice with one dentist, single hygiene column, and wonderful established patients. Work hours are flexible on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values your skills and commitment to quality care. Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions. Take digital imaging (X-rays) while adhering to strict safety protocols and infection control standards. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and medical histories in Eaglesoft Follow HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and secure handling of medical records. Support infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization of instruments. Please send resume and professional references .
