Responsibilities include:

Comprehensive periodontal assessments Prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planing Digital radiography and clinical documentation Patient education and motivational coaching Identifying and communicating periodontal disease progression Collaborating with doctors on comprehensive treatment plans Maintaining exceptional sterilization and infection control standards Creating an outstanding patient experience at every visit Who We're Looking For Our ideal hygienist is: Passionate about patient education Confident discussing periodontal disease and treatment options Interested in the connection between oral health and overall wellness Detail-oriented and clinically driven Compassionate, professional, and team-focused Excited to grow and expand their clinical skillset Qualifications Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist License Radiology Certification Local Anesthesia Certification (preferred) Diode Laser experience or willingness to obtain certification Experience with digital charting and radiography Open Dental or CareStack experience is a plus A Different Kind of Hygiene Position This role is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients on the "why" behind treatment recommendations, and practicing at the highest level of the profession.
