Our privately owned, and managed dental practice in Central Point, OR, is seeking a friendly and energetic Hygienist to help us care for our wonderful patients. Schedule:
12 hour shift, 7a-7p. 3 days per week. 1 Saturday per month (8a-1p).
How You'll Help Our Patients Live Longer, Happier Lives:
Ensure patients are comfortable in the dental chair. Work as a team with your hygiene assistant. Create an exceptional hygiene experience for patients while partnering with the team to maintain strong patient retention and recall rates.
Who We're Looking For:
RDH with Oregon licensure OR currently in the process of gaining Oregon licensure. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear, respectful communication with patients, colleagues, and visitors. Adaptable and quick to learn, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining open to feedback. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to identify challenges and implement effective solutions within established guidelines. Dependable and accountable team player with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of responsibility. Preferred, but not required: Experience with assisted Hygiene Working knowledge of Open Dental Please apply via this listing. We look forward to meeting you!
