New Graduate Support Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Our structured onboarding process helps new hygienists transition confidently into practice with hands-on mentorship, clinical support, and guidance from an experienced team. Technology & Clinical Environment Our office utilizes advanced dental technology to support efficient, high-quality patient care, including: Digital X-rays Intraoral cameras Digital charting systems Modern periodontal technology State-of-the-art clinical equipment We are committed to staying current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and dental hygiene care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and preventive care Conduct periodontal assessments and accurately document findings Educate pediatric patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care Take digital radiographs Support doctors with anesthesia and patient care as needed Manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining excellent patient experiences Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support comprehensive patient care Qualifications Active Oregon RDH License required Pediatric experience preferred Prefer at least 2 years of RDH experience Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced pediatric environment Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently Experience with or willingness to assist with anesthesia for doctors Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (FT employees) PTO and paid holidays (FT employees) 401(k) options Continuing education and professional development opportunities Join Our Team If you're looking for a practice that values teamwork, clinical excellence, provider support, and positive patient experiences, we'd love to meet you.
