1 year contract
Shift Schedule:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri:
8:00 AM 5:00
PM Wednesday:
12:00 PM 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break included; closed on federal holidays
How Many Shifts Needed Per Month:
Up to 5 days/week as coordinated with the COR Credentialing /
Onboarding Time:
6 8 weeks
License:
Current, unrestricted Dental Hygienist license in any U.S. State, DC, Puerto Rico, or U.S.
Territory Certifications:
BLS (required); state-required anesthesia/nitrous oxide certifications if applicable
Education:
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Experience Needed:
1 year clinical experience preferred
Special Skills Needed:
Dentrix, RPMS/EHR, Microsoft Office/Outlook; cultural sensitivity with Native American patient populations; experience in rural/remote healthcare settings preferred
Responsibilities:
Oral health/risk assessments and periodontal charting Prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, calculus/plaque removal Fluoride and sealant application Dental radiographs (taking and processing) Oral cancer screenings, blood pressure screening Oral hygiene instruction and patient education Nutrition counseling related to oral health Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration (where authorized) Temporary restorations and polishing within licensure Referral coordination and recall scheduling Documentation in Dentrix and
RPMS/EHR
