We are a supportive, team-oriented practice that values quality care, efficiency, and a positive work environment. Compensation We offer a strong base pay with performance-based bonus potential:
Base Pay:
$40/hour
Monthly Bonus Opportunity:
Hygienists earn a bonus when their monthly net production exceeds 30% Consistent schedule and reliable hours (We believe great work should be rewarded — our compensation model supports both stability and growth.) Benefits Paid Time Off & paid holidays Health Insurance Continuing education support Modern, well-equipped operatories Supportive clinical and administrative team What You'll Do Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient assessments Take and interpret dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall oral health Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver excellent patient care What We're Looking For Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene license Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and strong communication skills Team-oriented mindset New grads welcome or experienced hygienists encouraged to apply Why Ephrata Family Dentistry?
