We are a supportive, team-oriented practice that values quality care, efficiency, and a positive work environment. Compensation We offer a strong base pay with performance-based bonus potential:

Base Pay:

$40/hour

Monthly Bonus Opportunity:

Hygienists earn a bonus when their monthly net production exceeds 30% Consistent schedule and reliable hours (We believe great work should be rewarded — our compensation model supports both stability and growth.)
