Dental Hygienist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform thorough dental cleanings, and support the overall health and well-being of our patients. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and adherence to infection control protocols. Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans Ensure infection control and aseptic techniques are strictly followed Review documentation for accuracy and completeness in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with dentists during various procedures, including four-handed dentistry Maintain detailed records using EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix Assist in patient care activities, ensuring comfort and safety throughout visits Experience Knowledge of general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and dental assisting is preferred Proficiency with dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly desirable Familiarity with medical imaging, and infection control protocols is essential Demonstrated ability to review medical records and documentation accurately Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and medical coding standards This position offers an engaging environment where your skills contribute directly to patient health outcomes. Pay:

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
