Led by Dr. Michelle Lee (a University of Pennsylvania faculty member, Faculty/ Director at the Pankey Institute) , our team has proudly served the Berks County community for over 50 years . We are passionate about comprehensive, advanced dentistry—focusing deeply on the relationship between occlusion, the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ), and creating beautiful smiles for long-term dental wellness . What You Will Do Deliver exceptional, relationship-based preventative care and patient education. Conduct comprehensive data collection and deliver skilled hygiene procedures. Collaborate closely with the doctor to identify internal mobility, bone quality, and occlusal stress points in a proactive model of care. Follow established, high-standard hygiene protocols to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and stellar patient comfort.
The Experience:
Deliver a "white-glove" hygiene experience using Guided Biofilm Therapy and advanced technology.
The Connection:
Review medical histories and vital signs to develop personalized, total-body wellness plans.
The Education:
Use your expertise to empower patients, helping them understand the "why" behind their treatment.
The Standard:
Maintain meticulous records in Dentrix and uphold the highest infection control standards. What We Are Looking For A valid Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Current Radiation Safety continuing education credits/certification. A warm, friendly demeanor with a strong desire to connect deeply with patients and explain their oral health conditions clearly. An open mind and excitement toward learning new, cutting-edge diagnostic technologies. Experience or an interest in comprehensive dentistry, TMJ/occlusion health, and advanced wellness is a major plus. Proficiency in dental software systems with Dentrix for scheduling, documentation review, and record management. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations including pediatrics. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, medical terminology, and EMR systems for seamless clinical operations.
