We are seeking experienced dental professionals who are ready to use their skills in a new, meaningful way. What You'll Do As a Smile Potential Coach, you will: Visit dental practices throughout your region Observe systems, workflows, and team dynamics Identify opportunities for growth and improvement Provide hands-on coaching and implementation support Help teams create lasting operational and cultural change Coach within your area of expertise, including:

• Clinical assisting
• Hygiene
• Front office/administration
• Team communication and systems You'll be supported by a collaborative coaching team, proven systems, proprietary tools, and comprehensive training.
