Function of Position:
Coordinate student, faculty, and program support at clinical sites. Flexible work hours are required. The coordinator reports to the Dental Studies Program Director.Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with dental healthcare professionals to ensure clinics are staffed and equipped each semester. Student outreach. Maintaining accurate records and documentation Assist in the development of clinical policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.MCC Expectations:

Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in New York State. A minimum of two years of full-time experience as a dental hygienist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical teaching experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficientlyAdditional Information:
Salary:
Hourly wage is $40-$45, depending on experience and credentials.Schedule:
10-15 hours per week. MCC offers a Flexible Work Policy for benefit eligible employees. Types of flexible work arrangements include flextime/staggered shifts, remote work/telecommuting and compressed work schedule. The availability of flexible work arrangements varies by division, department, and position, based upon business and operational needs.
