Why Choose This Opportunity Seeking an RDH that enjoys single column and really spending time with patients Full staff provided for support 17 operatories Mix of FFS and PPO practice Health Benefits, and PTO Dental Hygiene Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Take and review medical histories, including vital signs, to assess patient health. Assist in the documentation of patient treatments and maintain accurate records using Eaglesoft or similar software. Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. Collaborate with dentists in four-handed dentistry techniques during procedures. Conduct medical imaging as needed, including X-rays, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submitting to insurance providers or for record keeping. Qualifications Valid state license to practice Hygiene New graduates and experienced Hygienists are all encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage or 28% of production, whichever is higher!
