1624 Dental Hygienist Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays) Full-time (40/hour per week) Locations available: Alcoa, TN, In-Person Who we are: River Valley Health is a comprehensive Federally Qualified Health Center caring for over 70,000 patients across 13 counties in Tennessee. We provide integrated primary medical, behavioral, dental, optometry, and clinical pharmacy services through our nationally recognized integrated model of care. Key Responsibilities:
Clean and polish patients' teeth, remove plaque, tartar, and stains. Apply fluoride treatment and sealants to prevent decay. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing and flossing. Assist in the treatment of gum diseases by scaling and root planning and providing ongoing care instructions. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental tools, equipment, and work areas.
Qualifications:
This candidate must be a Registered Dental Hygienist. Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
