Responsibilities Welcome and build rapport with patients to create a comfortable experience Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed Conduct periodontal charting and assess oral health conditions Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatments Communicate clinical findings effectively with the doctor and patients Administer local anesthesia when permitted by state regulations Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked Follow infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with regulations Assist in scheduling and coordinating patient follow-up care as needed Skills & Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Tennessee CPR certification required Knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry Experience with digital charting and radiographs Experience with Dentrix and/or Dexis systems preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to educate and build trust with patients What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Modern technology and clinical support Full benefits package available for eligible team members We look forward to meeting you and welcoming the right hygienist to our team! #RDH1
