We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team immediately. If you love working with children, building relationships with families, and making dental visits enjoyable, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and preventive care for pediatric patients Take and review dental radiographs Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Maintain accurate patient records and charting Assist in creating a positive and comfortable experience for children Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care Qualifications Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required Eaglesoft EMR experience preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly and patient-focused Passionate about working with children Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our young patients Apply Today!
