Bring your talents and skills to Remington College, a non-profit, non-traditional institution with high ethical standards, fostering a culture in which you can make a difference. As a Dental Hygiene instructor, you will train students in your field of expertise using accepted and approved instructional methodology. We're seeking a dental hygiene professional (Full time/ Part time), to join the Dental Hygiene associate degree Program at our Nashville Campus.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepares lesson plans using industry-standard approaches (e.g., multimedia, adult learning methodology). Teaching courses as assigned, instructs and evaluates students, develops students' skills and encourages growth, and tracks their attendance, performance, and grades. Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings). Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned. Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities.Education/Experience Needed:
Minimum of an associate's degree in dental hygiene. At least five (5) years of practical work experience in the field. Dental hygiene licensure qualifications compliant with the State of Tennessee Board of Dentistry, along with current CPR-Healthcare Provider certification.
