WHY THIS ROLE

As an RDH with Envision Dental Spa, you're a key provider, not a "prophy machine." You'll work in supported, well-equipped practices with standardized protocols

WHAT WE OFFER

Steady schedule with 45-60 minute prophylaxis and 60-120-minute SRP Modern tools: Ultrasonic units, digital X‑rays, intraoral cameras, intraoral scanners

Pay:

$50-$60/hr Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care (prophy, perio maintenance, SRP) Complete perio charting, radiographs, and co-diagnose with the doctor Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care Document accurately in software and follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection‑control protocols Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to ensure an excellent patient experience Can start as part time one day and expand

REQUIREMENTS

Current RDH license in Texas and BLS/CPR 2+ years experience preferred; Comfortable working in a patient focused modern practice with adequate time spent on patients without compromising care. Strong communication, reliability, and team orientation

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
