Gulfside Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Beaumont, TX! Our practice is well-known for providing the Beaumont community with comfortable and pain-free dental care. As our Hygienist, you can build rapport with our patients and create positive experiences. Our ideal candidate has a superior chairside manner and strong interpersonal skills. Schedule Full-time Monday - Thursday Benefits Guaranteed hourly rate for 60 days, then move to production-pay based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Traditional and Roth 401(k) options Referral Bonus Program Free CE courses provided by our affiliated vendors Responsibilities Perform routine dental cleanings (scaling and root planing) and apply preventive materials (fluoride, sealants) interpret high-quality dental radiographs Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene, brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits Strictly follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and HIPAA regulations, along with proper operatory sterilization Qualifications Must hold a valid TX Hygiene license 6+ months of experience working in a dental office Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively present treatment plans and calm anxious patients Proficiency in Dentrix is a plus INDHRDH01
