Dental Treatment Coordinator

What You'll Do Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate way Build trust and help patients feel comfortable moving forward with treatment Answer financial questions and explain payment options Overcome objections professionally and ethically Follow up with patients who have pending treatment Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless case acceptance Track production and case acceptance metrics Your primary responsibility: Help patients move forward with the dentistry they need and deserve.

Comfortable discussing financing and payment arrangements Experience with treatment presentation software preferred.
