Job Description
Join Our Dynamic Team as a Dental Hygienist! Are you a passionate and skilled dental hygienist ready to take your career to the next level? We are a dedicated, all-female dental practice looking to welcome an exceptional hygienist to our close-knit team. Our practice distinguishes itself by emphasizing holistic care through collaborative relationships with other health providers, ensuring our patients receive comprehensive support for their overall health. In our non-corporate environment, we uphold core values that prioritize the well-being of both our patients and our esteemed team members. Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients in a setting that encourages personalized care. We pride ourselves on utilizing the latest technology and equipment, including Hu-Friedy EMS air polishers, new Cavitrons and tips, sharp instruments, and Itero Lumina 5D scanners—providing you with the tools you need to excel. As part of our team, you'll work with a remarkable doctor who values each staff member, fostering a fun and respectful workplace. We offer full-time benefits, including health insurance, 401K profit-sharing, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, and funding for continuing education. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an RDH in a general dentistry setting and should be outgoing, punctual, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and coachable. Exceptional communication skills are essential, and familiarity with digital impression scanning or software like Denticon will give you an edge. Additional skills in oral systemic health, biologic treatments, ozone therapy, and salivary bacterial testing are highly valued. Our office hours are Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Team members arrive 30 minutes early to participate in a daily huddle, aligning ourselves for a productive patient day. We prioritize your safety by providing extensive personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, N95 masks, face shields, goggles, and air filtration in operatories. Join us for a rewarding career where you can thrive in a supportive environment focused on excellence and compassion.
