The RoleWe are seeking a Biofilm Therapist and Oral Health Coacha licensed dental hygienist who is ready to move beyond traditional hygiene and step into a wellness-centered, patient-guided care model.

This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Sees themselves as both a clinician and a coach-Understands that oral health is deeply connected to systemic and mental health-Is excited to deliver care through a modern, elevated hygiene philosophy-You will play a key role in delivering our Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT
  • based hygiene experience, while helping patients understand their health in a deeper, more meaningful way.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care (GBT-Focused)Deliver hygiene care using Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) principles: disclosure airflow/perioflow reassessment selective instrumentationUtilize tools such as Airflow, Perioflow, ultrasonic scaling, and hand instrumentation appropriatelyProvide individualized, risk-based care aligned with the Hygiene Heaven philosophy: right tool, right timePatient Coaching and EducationServe as an Oral Health Coach, guiding patients through their wellness journeyEducate on the connection between oral health, inflammation, and overall systemic healthSupport patients in building sustainable, at-home care routinesCreate a safe, judgment-free space for patientsmeeting them where they areWellness IntegrationBe open to learning and incorporating wellness modalities such as:
  • Ozone therapy-Laser-assisted hygiene-Salivary diagnostics and preventive therapies-Collaborate with the team to elevate hygiene beyond just a cleaning-Team CollaborationWork closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experienceContribute to a culture of growth, education, and excellenceSupport the overall mission and evolution of
Hygiene HeavenQualifications:
  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas-Minimum 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience, however will consider motivated new graduate.
  • Experience providing routine preventive and periodontal care-Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred:
  • Interest in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT
  • Certification in local anesthesia (preferred) and/or Nitrous Monitoring Certified-Experience or certification in laser dentistry and/or understanding of Ozone Therapy-Passion for prevention-first, wellness-centered care-Comfortable working in an environment that patient comfort methodologies are practiced (i.e Aromatherapy).You may be a great fit if you:
