Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist Our client is a community health center that has been providing care to patients of all ages in San Antonio since 1972. Today this organization operates over 20 clinics and continues to grow.
The Position:
Our client is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join their growing team. 85,000k-93,000k depending on experience Full-benefits (Health, Vision, Dental) eligible after 60 days of employment 401(k) OR 457(b) Retirement Plan available after 90 days of employment 21 days of PTO 8 Paid Holidays 1 Paid Personal Float Day Long & Short-Term Disability Life Insurance Student Loan Forgiveness Through NHSC Productivity Bonus 3 days of CME, $1,000
Malpractice Insurance Requirements:
Current Texas RDH License 1 year experience preferred
BLS Responsibilities:
Monday-Friday (8-5) 8-10 patients a day
Provide Direct Patient Care:
Deliver comprehensive dental evaluations, treatment, and patient education while maintaining accurate documentation and standards of care.
Meet Productivity & Quality Standards:
Achieve established productivity benchmarks, participate in peer review and chart audits, and maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
Support Clinical Operations & Team Collaboration:
Follow policies and infection control standards, coordinate with dental team members for scheduling and workflow, and contribute to organizational and community health initiatives.
