Job Description

We are a growing, patient-centered practice dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding care. If you are passionate about patient education, preventive dentistry, building lasting relationships, and working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments Take diagnostic radiographs Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations Record comprehensive clinical notes and periodontal charting Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to patients Collaborate with doctors and team members to create an exceptional patient experience Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Help create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates What We're Looking For Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills A positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages Excellent attention to detail and clinical skills Comfortable using dental software and digital imaging technology Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment What Makes Our Office Different Supportive doctors and leadership team Positive, team-oriented culture Patients who value comprehensive care Modern technology and clinical systems Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth A workplace where your contributions are recognized and appreciated Benefits Competitive compensation Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Employee health benefits 401(k) and additional benefits available based on eligibility Who Thrives Here The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with patients, takes pride in delivering exceptional clinical care, and believes that dentistry is about more than teeth—it's about helping people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
