We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our Mansfield practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and delivering concierge-level service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and evaluations Deliver prophylaxis treatments and scaling and root planing procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies Accurately document treatment notes using AI-assisted documentation tools Utilize advanced technology including CBCT imaging, Medit scanners, and digital diagnostic tools Review patient histories and maintain HIPAA-compliant records Collaborate closely with dentists and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Build long-term patient relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care Identify and communicate treatment recommendations effectively Support a positive, team-oriented office culture Requirements Must Have Valid Texas Dental Hygienist License Experience performing scaling and root planing for periodontal treatment Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to explain treatment plans in a compassionate and understandable manner Commitment to maintaining accurate and HIPAA-compliant patient records Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care Nice to Have 3+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience Current laser certification Willingness to obtain laser certification if not currently certified Experience working with modern digital dental technologies Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Dental insurance 401(k) with Safe Harbor matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing education opportunities Professional development support Advanced technology including: CBCT Imaging Schick Sensors Nomad Digital X-Ray System Medit Scanner AI Scribe Documentation Tools Supportive, family-oriented team culture Community involvement opportunities including local outreach programs and Smile Saturdays
