The Role:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our concierge patient experience. You are the advocate who bridges the gap between Dr. Do's clinical recommendations and a patient's real-world budget, scheduling needs, and peace of mind.

What You Will Do:

Deliver Concierge-Level Care:

Greet patients with warmth, build immediate rapport, and ensure they feel deeply heard and supported from start to finish. Present with

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a dental front office or treatment coordinator capacity.

Dental Fluency:

Comprehensive understanding of clinical terminology, procedure sequencing, and major dental coding mechanics.

Ethical Mindset:
