Hi! We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly individual to join our family-owned dental office as a Treatment Coordinator and scheduler. Your main responsibilities will revolve around patient education, treatment coordination, high treatment acceptance and keep the schedule full.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception:

Present proposed dental treatments to patients and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines, and costs. Follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans to ensure they understand the value and timing of care. Support the doctor in case presentations, insurance discussions, and patient education. Help implement internal systems to improve treatment acceptance. Consistently making outbound calls for overdue recall patients and unscheduled patients.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a dental office is a MUST. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently. Professional and courteous demeanor, especially in dealing with both patients and other dental professionals. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through. Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment processes is a plus. Please do not contact office since the owner doctor is not there everyday. We look forward to hearing from you!
