Note:
We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid when you start. The remaining balance will be paid in quarterly installments until the full bonus amount is received.Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking X-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care
- Assess patients' oral health and identify any signs of periodontal disease or other dental conditions
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical coding systems such as
Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain dental procedures
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of medical coding systems to accurately assign codes for billing purposes
