We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist who is committed to exceptional patient care, strong communication, and continuous professional growth. Main Duties and Responsibilities Perform and analyze dental radiographs (x-rays) and scans Obtain and update patient dental and medical history Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and patient rooms Provide exceptional patient care throughout their visit Examine patients to assess tooth and gum quality, signs of oral diseases, and provide preventive care, including oral hygiene Collaborate with the clinical team to chart and code according to the ADA coding guidelines Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and coworkers Continuously increase dentistry knowledge and job skills Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health Skills and Abilities Familiarity with dental terminology Basic computer skills Reliable transportation Detail Oriented Ability to cross-train on duties Willingness to cover shifts at locations assigned. Education and Experience New Grads Welcome! High school diploma or equivalent required Associates degree or higher preferred Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license is required CPR and/or BLS certification required
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
