Job Description We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and reliable part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our tight-knit team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to clinical excellence, values thorough patient education, and thrives in a collaborative, friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:

Conduct standard dental hygiene duties including comprehensive screenings, oral health assessments, scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.

Preventative Care:

Take clear traditional or digital x-rays, interpret images, and apply preventative materials such as fluorides and sealants.

Patient Education:

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, home care routines, and discuss necessary treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.

Documentation:

Maintain precise, detailed, and accurate medical documentation and patient histories utilizing Dentrix software.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere strictly to proper infection control, aseptic techniques, and state health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Partner seamlessly with our dental assistants and front office team to ensure clinical efficiency and maximum patient comfort. Requirements Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Current and active state licensure as a Dental Hygienist in Texas. Experience with Dentrix dental software is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to prioritize patient care in an efficient, fast-paced setting.
