Mondays 8-5 (Assisted)-Fri Part Time 8-5 Looking for a place where you feel supported, valued, and not rushed every day? We've got you. We're a fun, laid-back, but highly productive team, just good people doing great dentistry. We're hiring an RDH who cares about patient relationships, wants a strong team, and actually enjoys coming to work.
What makes this different:
Assisted hygiene on Mondays, you'll have your own assistant Smooth flow with 3 columns shared between 2 hygienists, so it is 1.5 columns per RDH. 1 hour appointments, or longer if you need it You have a voice, we want your ideas Built by hygienists, our program was designed with real RDHs Uncapped bonus potential, earn more without burning out What you'll actually do: Take care of patients your way with time, tools, and support Use tech like lasers and intraoral cameras, we'll train if needed Collaborate closely with your doctor and team Contribute to morning huddles Who you are: Licensed RDH Passionate about prevention and patient education Calm, capable, and team oriented Enjoys systems, efficiency, and problem solving Looking for a team that truly has your back Perks +
