Overview Welcome! You made it to the job description page! Simple Dental is searching for a new Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a small, single-location private practice. What does that mean to you? You'll be working in a friendly, balanced environment where we prioritize patient care in a relaxed, supportive workplace culture. This position ideally starts part time, with the potential to turn into full time. However, we are flexible depending on the right candidate. As a Dental Hygienist at Simple Dental, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health while ensuring they have a comfortable and positive experience. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, perform cleanings, take X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, and collaborate closely with the doctor and team to deliver high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and creating a positive patient experience. Our Current Schedule (4 Days Per Week) Monday 8:30 AM

Excellent Clinical and Organizational Skills As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be managing patient care, documenting findings, taking radiographs, performing cleanings, and helping maintain an efficient schedule. We need someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail while delivering excellent clinical care. Strong Communication Skills You'll be directly interacting with patients and the dental team, so clear communication is essential. Whether you're discussing treatment recommendations, explaining oral hygiene techniques, or coordinating with the doctor, we need someone who communicates confidently, kindly, and professionally. Team Player Mentality Our office is a close-knit team, and your role as a Dental Hygienist requires collaboration and mutual support. While you'll have your own schedule and responsibilities, we're looking for someone who is flexible, supportive of coworkers, and always ready to contribute to a positive team environment. Reliability & Punctuality Our patients depend on us to deliver excellent care on time, so we need someone who consistently shows up prepared and ready to contribute.
