  • 50/hr + Bonus Opportunities | $25,000 Retention Bonus Our West Lake dental practice in Hardy, VA is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our growing, patient-focused team.
We are open to full-time, part-time, or temporary arrangements and are looking for someone who values teamwork, high standards of care, and ongoing professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range: $45
  • 50 per hour Bonus opportunities $25,000 retention bonus available Health benefits 401(k) with employer match Continuing education credits Referral bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license (required) CPR/BLS certification (required) Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
