- Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our vibrant dental team.
What You'll Do:
Patient Connection :
Build genuine rapport with patients; we aren't just cleaning teeth, we're building relationships.Efficient Care:
Manage a fast-paced schedule without compromising the quality of care or the patient experience.Clinical Excellence:
Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, root planing, and apply sealants/fluoride.Diagnostic Support:
Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos to assist the doctor in comprehensive treatment planning.Education :
Act as a wellness coach, educating patients on the "why" behind their oral health in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.Requirements Experience:
C linical experience in a fast-paced environment (Fresh Grads welcom).Licensure:
Current Virginia Board of Dentistry Dental Hygiene License (RDH).Certifications:
Active CPR/BLS certification and Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) certification.Soft Skills:
A professional personality with the ability to "allay dental anxiety" instantly.Technical Savvy:
