  • $55 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist Full Job Description We are looking for a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice!
The position is working for both Dr. James and Dr. Lee. We are looking for a part-time registered dental hygienist for Mondays and Tuesdays, 8am-5pm (lunch from 1-2pm) beginning in July 2026. Although this position is offered for only Mondays and Tuesdays, we can offer more days per week if needed. Please call us at 540-989-4093 or email at requested days if desiring more than two days per week. Experience is preferred. Pay is negotiable based on experience, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking X-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care
  • Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
  • Able to learn and be proficient in SoftDent and Carestream imaging
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
Experience:
  • Experience as a dental hygienist preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plans
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
Pay:
$45.00
  • $55.
00 per hour
