Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote lifelong dental health Take X-rays while adhering to all safety protocols and infection control procedures Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and medical histories in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems

• open dental Follow strict HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and ensure compliance with all legal standards for medical records management Experience Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a busy dental office or clinic setting Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques Familiarity with general dentistry practices when working with adult patients Experience with EMR systems for documentation review and record keeping Understanding of medical coding related to dental procedures for accurate record management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent patient care
