We here at Bristol Park Dental are recruiting to add a professional, confident, and clinically outstanding RDH to our team. We are a state-of-art practice while still retaining the feel and comfort of a hometown generational family practice, the patient comes first and optimal care is always what we provide. We believe our hygiene team should work directly on developing a whole mouth approach to care not just a "prophy" and in order for us to make you successful we have developed a treatment model that includes assisted hygiene, state of the art equipment, and all safety precautions so you can feel safe and supported in your patient care. Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time DUTIES

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide preventive dental care
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as necessary
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing instruments and materials
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix Ascend)
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid state dental hygiene license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Knowledge of dental office procedures and HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in using dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, CAD)
• Familiarity with dental assisting techniques and procedures
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment
