Dental Hygienist | Flexible Coverage Position | $75/hr

Looking for something better than traditional temping? 425 Dental is a family-owned practice in Issaquah focused on comprehensive patient care and supported by an experienced hygiene team, dedicated clinical support staff, and doctors who value hygiene and co-diagnosis. We are building a small group of trusted hygienists who want flexibility, predictable scheduling, and a supportive clinical environment. Most opportunities are planned well in advance, allowing you to coordinate your schedule while enjoying meaningful opportunities throughout the year. We believe in providing comprehensive patient care with the time, support, and resources needed to do it well.

Position Details Compensation:

$75 per hour Temporary flexible coverage position Ideal candidates are interested in recurring coverage opportunities throughout the year, typically beginning with at least 8 days annually Most dates known well in advance Initial working interview day to ensure a good fit for both parties Opportunity to become familiar with our team, systems, and patients over time Schedule Monday through

New team members will receive onboarding and support to become familiar with our workflow, documentation, clinical protocols, and patient experience expectations. Our goal is not to find a different temp hygienist every time we need coverage. We are looking to build relationships with a small group of trusted hygienists who enjoy working with our team and can confidently step in when coverage is needed.
