This position is primarily a

HYGIENE ROLE.

We are specifically looking for: An experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) OR A newly graduated Dentist who is interested in working in hygiene to strengthen clinical foundations, patient communication, diagnosis, and real-world patient care experience before transitioning further into dentistry.

This is NOT an associate dentist position for restorative or full-scope doctor production.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

60-minute recall appointments Focus on hygiene, prevention, and patient education Collaborative environment with strong doctor support Use of Eaglesoft & Sidexis systems Opportunity to build strong patient relationships and clinical confidence

Qualifications:

Washington RDH license OR Washington dental license New grads encouraged to apply Eaglesoft/Sidexis experience is a plus Friendly, dependable, team-oriented personality Strong communication and patient care skills
