Job Description

Job Overview Dr. Salha and the team at Atrium Dental Studio are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our modern, patient-centered practice. We've invested in high-end technology so you can focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional care. Whether you're a seasoned hygienist or a recent grad, we'd love to meet you. We're conveniently located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, walkable to great restaurants and shops, with ample street parking nearby. $5000 signing bonus Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments Take digital radiographs Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist in identifying and communicating patient treatment needs Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate with the doctor and team members to ensure an excellent patient experience Qualifications Current Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently while providing exceptional care Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred Oryx software knowledge is preferred, but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply!
