What Makes This Role Special Flexible part‑time schedule (choose your days — no evenings or weekends) You are an educator first and foremost; your main responsibility is educating patients and their guardians on how to prevent oral disease. Our hygienists do not seat patients or enter chart notes. Our hygienists provide local anesthetic for children and adults, place restorations for children patients and preform calculus check and any necessary debridement for children patients, as needed. You will work with our dentist who values your clinical judgment and treats you as a partner. Our practice pride ourselves in maintaining a calm, positive, relationship‑centered environment. We offer opportunities to learn about airway dentistry, myofunctional therapy, and laser techniques. This is the perfect role for a hygienist who wants meaningful work without burnout . Your Role As our hygienist, you will: Provide exceptional preventive education and care Build trusting relationships with children, adults, parents, and families Educate patients on oral health, and eventually, airway, breathing, and whole‑body wellness - with provided training Collaborate closely with our dentist and assistants Help create a joyful, safe, inclusive environment for every patient Support smooth daily flow with a team‑first mindset If you love connecting with people and making dentistry a positive experience, you'll thrive here.
