Job Description

McKinnon Dental has now partnered with Align Dental Partners. We are growing and excited to add a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team in providing excellent patient care. Hours are Monday 12:00 pm-5:00 pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:00 pm. (30+ Hours/Week). Our Hygiene team members play a critical role in developing patient relationships and deliver the highest level of care and service. The ideal candidate will have a calm, reassuring and friendly demeanor as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere. Office was just updated with brand new equipment Competitive Wages based on experience. 1-Hour appointments Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K Paid time off
Paid Holidays Employee Discount Dental Hygienist Required Skills:
  • Current Wisconsin state license to practice dental hygiene
  • CPR Certified
  • Ability to perform all hygiene clinical procedures including prophy's, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, fluoride application, intraoral camera, and digital x-rays
  • Ability to educate the patient on their unique oral health needs and desires
  • Communicate with the Doctor and other team members
License/Certification:
Registered Dental Hygienist License (Required) CPR (Required)
Work Location:
In person Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide chairside assistance during dental procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with the dental team to implement effective treatment plans and manage pediatric cases. Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in general dentistry.
