We are proud to serve an outstanding patient base alongside an amazing team that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional patient care. If you are an effective communicator, a strong team player, and someone who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatment Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment Conduct initial patient screenings and review oral health histories Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments including fluoride applications and sealants Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Take digital X-rays and scans Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical charts Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist license Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene Strong understanding of dental health and safety regulations Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Team and individual bonus opportunities Dental benefits for employee, spouse, and dependents Costco membership reimbursement Join a practice where your skills, professionalism, and passion for patient care are truly appreciated.
