Job Description

About us We are 5 chair, single dentist dental office that focuses on our patient's dental needs and oral health. Our most recent hire and her husband are buying a business and she will be unable to continue with us. We are happy for her and her family but we will need to replace the patient care hours that she gave us.
Our work environment includes:
Newly renovated dental office Ample time to complete needed dental cleanings and root planings. Digital charting and x-rays. Doctor excels at keeping hygiene schedule running on time. ## Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice either Monday and Tuesday 8-5 with 1 hour for lunch or Monday
  • Wednesday 8-5 with 1 hour for lunch and Thursday 8-1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health. ## Duties
  • Perform dental cleanings including SRPs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
  • Take digital dental x-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
  • Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment ## Qualifications
  • Certification in Dental Hygiene
  • Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience with Dentrix software for managing medical records
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, dental coding
