At Oakbrook Dental (In West Bend, WI) our vision and mission is very important to us. Quality patient care will always be first and foremost! As a hygienist at our practices you will be given adequate time to build relationships with patients and educate them on proper oral hygiene to help them achieve their goals. We also believe it is important that we provide our team members with the necessary resources to grow all while helping support each other in a positive culture. For our hygienists we go above and beyond to provide them with a high level of support: Strong onboarding process Continuous mentorship Weekly team meetings Quarterly clinical synergy with Doctor and dental assistants Additional CE's provided We are offering up to $50,000 sign on bonus. Higher than average hourly pay, quarterly bonuses too!, a comprehensive benefits package and a great office/team!! We work Monday through Thursday (Yay for 3 day weekends!)
