Dental Ceramist (Mid, Master Levels)
Location:
Chandler Arizona Schedule:
Full-Time | In-Lab Position | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Compensation:
Mid-Level:
$75,000/year
Master-Level:
$98,000-$150,000/year About Us We are a high-end dental laboratory specializing in veneers and cosmetic cases . Our focus is on delivering exceptional esthetic restorations through precision, artistry, and teamwork. We value a positive, collaborative work environment where every technician has the opportunity to grow. Position Overview We are seeking Mid and Master-Level Ceramists to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to train and work directly under our Master Ceramist , gaining experience with high-end cosmetic and veneer cases. Responsibilities Fabricate, finish, and glaze ceramic restorations with accuracy and attention to detail Work primarily on veneers and esthetic restorations Collaborate with team members to achieve consistent, high-quality results Maintain a clean and organized workstation Communicate effectively with peers and management
Qualifications Mid-Level Ceramist:
2-5 years of experience in dental ceramics Skilled in Zirconia, E-Max, porcelain layering & build up, and veneer work Attention to detail and a strong sense of esthetics Ability to manage complex cases independently Portfolio or case photos highly preferred
Master-Level Ceramist:
5+ years of advanced experience in dental ceramics Expertise in Zirconia, E-Max, porcelain layering, and veneer work Proven ability to manage complex esthetic cases independently Excellent attention to detail and artistry Portfolio or case photos highly preferred Ideal Candidate A team player who is patient, understanding, and eager to learn Strong communication and collaboration skills Positive attitude and commitment to delivering top-quality cosmetic work Please view our instagram account to give you an idea of what we are looking for https://www.instagram.com/v_smiledesign_arizona
