Dental Laboratory Technician

Job description Summary We are seeking an experienced Dental Lab assistant to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness, repair, and organization of laboratories instruments, equipment, models, and supply rooms. Assist with record keeping, processing, maintenance, shipping and disposal. Assist with inventorying laboratory supplies, and receiving, tracking, and stocking incoming orders Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining updated customer records. Assist with clerical duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency. This position is well suited for individuals with customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer Skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
