This position is ideal for a skilled designer ready to operate at a high level, contribute to advanced All-on-X hybrid implant and multi-unit cases, and take ownership of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Design single-unit and multi-unit restorations Design implant-supported restorations and complex cases Review intraoral scans and prescriptions for accuracy Maintain high-quality design standards with strong turnaround efficiency Collaborate with production and finishing teams Identify workflow improvements and contribute to team growth Required Qualifications 3+ years dental CAD/CAM experience Proficiency in 3Shape or Exocad Strong understanding of occlusion and restorative anatomy Implant and multi-unit case experience High attention to detail Ability to independently manage case volume Professional communication and accountability Compensation $25-$40 per hour depending on experience and demonstrated skill level.
