This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute meaningfully to patient care through the precise fabrication, customization, and restoration of high-quality dental prosthetics. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of dental laboratory procedures, particularly in removable prosthodontics, along with a strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, materials science, and infection control standards. Key Responsibilities Fabricate, customize, repair, and finish removable dental prosthetics including complete dentures, partial dentures, flippers, night guards, and additional removable appliances Assist in the fabrication of fixed restorations including crowns, bridges, implant-supported restorations, inlays, onlays, and related prosthetic appliances Utilize both traditional laboratory techniques and digital workflows, including CAD/CAM technology, to produce accurate and aesthetically superior restorations Interpret and execute dental prescriptions with precision while collaborating closely with dental providers to ensure optimal case outcomes Perform detailed model work, articulation, trimming, polishing, finishing, and occlusal adjustments Maintain stringent quality assurance standards across all laboratory cases and production processes Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, microscopes, micrometers, and digital systems to ensure optimal performance and accuracy Adhere to all infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, OSHA standards, and aseptic laboratory practices Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of laboratory procedures, materials, and case specifications in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support chairside adjustments and clinical collaboration when necessary Communicate effectively with laboratory personnel, providers, and management regarding production timelines, case requirements, and workflow coordination Remain current with advancements in dental materials, prosthetic techniques, and digital dentistry technologies to support continuous quality improvement Maintain a clean, organized, and professional laboratory environment while ensuring cases are completed within designated turnaround times Qualifications Previous experience in a dental laboratory environment is required Demonstrated proficiency in fabricating removable prosthetics, including dentures and partial dentures, is required Experience with implant restorations, fixed prosthodontics, and digital dental workflows is strongly preferred Comprehensive knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, terminology, and restorative procedures Proficiency with precision instruments and laboratory equipment essential to restorative fabrication Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and digital dentistry platforms preferred Understanding of EMR systems and HIPAA-compliant documentation practices is advantageous Strong attention to detail with exceptional hand skills and craftsmanship Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and advancement within the organization Benefits Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment Stable full-time employment with long-term development potential How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a current resume along with any relevant certifications, portfolio materials, or laboratory experience for consideration.
