We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly team member to join our practice as a Receptionist / Sterilization Technician. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and behind-the-scenes clinical support. Responsibilities Front Office /

Reception Duties:

Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient billing questions Manage patient check-in/check-out processes Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Sterilization Technician Duties:

Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance standards Monitor sterilization equipment and supply inventory Assist the clinical team with operatory organization and readiness Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Experience with dental software is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, positive attitude, and team-player mindset Why Join Us?
